Daily maintenance check of crawler crane
The safe when crawler crane working is very important. So, daily maintenance check is very important.
Daily maintenance check of crawler crane are mainly as follows:
1, check whether the engine oil is missing
2. Check whether the coolant in the water tank is missing
3. Check whether hydraulic oil and diesel oil are missing
4. Check whether track shoes, track rollers, top rollers, sprockets, idlers are loose, worn, deformed or cracked.

5. Check whether each pulley and bearing are worn, deformed or cracked
6. Check whether each wire rope is broken, deformed and seriously worn
7. Check whether each boom and A-frame are deformed or open welding
8. Check whether the connecting pins and locks for pins and wireropres are damaged or missing
9. Check whether the hook slides freely
10. Check whether each bolt is loose or fall off
11. Check whether each control device is normal
12. Check whether all safety devices are normal
13. Check whether all electrical devices are in normal condition
14. Check whether each instrument and indicator light are normal
