Monthly Inspection of Crawler Crane Maintenance
Diesel engine:
1. Check whether the oil filter element is blocked (it must be replaced after 300 hours)
2. Check whether the fuel filter element is blocked (it must be replaced in 300 hours)
3. Check whether the oil-water separator is blocked and drained every day (replace if necessary)
4, Check whether the water tank coolant is added enough
5. Check whether the filter element of the air filter is blocked and whether the filter element is clean or replaced
6. Check whether the liquid volume and specific gravity of the battery are normal, whether the terminals are loose and corroded
Walking device:
1. Check whether the driving sprocket, idler wheel, bottom roller and upper roller become loose or leak oil
2. Check whether the track plate is worn, deformed or cracked
3. Check whether the crawler frame is in collision or deformation
4. Check whether the travel reducer, motor, etc are working normally, whether the hydraulic pipeline is damaged or leaking oil
Host part:
1. Check whether the platform is dirty and messy, and whether there are welding cracks
2. Check whether the fuel oil and hydraulic oil level meet the requirements
3. Check whether the bolts of hoisting and luffing drum are loose and whether the wire rope is broken
4. Check whether the brake and clutch work normally
5. Check whether the rotary support is oiling and whether the fixing bolts are loose
6, Check each reducer, motor, valve set, pipeline whether oil leakage work is normal
Operating equipment:
1. Check whether the connection between the base boom and each boom is safe and reliable
2. Check whether the anti-falling device of steel wire rope for each pulley block and hoisting hook is safe and reliable
3. Check whether the Type A frame, anti-roll bar and support frame are safe and reliable
4. The above requirements cannot be used when welding is opened, and professionals must be asked to repair or replace them.
Safety device:
1.Chek whether each indicator light in the driver's room shows whether it is normal
2. Check whether the monitor and monitor are normal
3,Check whether each hydraulic control system is normal
4. Check whether each safety limit device is normal
5. Check whether each wiring is loose, short circuited and seriously aging
6. Check whether the Angle meter display is accurate
