What key inspection should be done before and after the crawler crane is used?
The crawler crane has many advantages, such as strong lifting capacity, small earthing specific pressure, small turning radius, large climbing ability, no need for supporting leg, load driving, good operation stability and free replacement of truss combined height, etc., and is widely used in the construction industry of electric power, municipal engineering, bridge, petrochemical industry, water conservancy and hydropower.
Today, we will bring you the key inspection items before and after the crawler crane is used.
1, Road:
The road should be flat and compacted to meet the ground specific pressure requirements of crawler crane (generally no load is 0.13mpa, namely 13N/cm2)
The working ground of the crane is solid and flat with the maximum slope not more than 1% (GB/T 3811-2008 Crane Design Specification)
The large crawler crane should also lay subgrade plate to reduce its specific ground pressure
When doing heavy lifting, the foundation shall be specially treated according to the design drawings to meet the requirements of its bearing capacity
2, The intermediate crawler frame and other steel structure parts shall not have obvious corrosion or deformation, the bolt connection shall not be loose, and the weld shall not have crack visible to the naked eye.
The hook is equipped with detachable rope device and height limit (the lifting mechanism can be operated for touch verification)
The main arm (auxiliary arm) is sensitive and reliable against backdip limit
