The Reason of Automatic Flameout of Small Crawler Crane
At present, the lifting industry is developing rapidly, and small crawler cranes are used in many places.However, we often see the phenomenon of flameout of crawler cranes. Today, we sharing the following reasons:
1.Diesel oil contains water and impurities, and there is gas in the oil route or the oil supply capacity of the transmission pump is insufficient, with poor performance and damage, etc. If there is air in the oil pipeline, the oil will be blocked, intermittently, causing the engine to shut off. In this case, the pipe joints in the oil pipeline should be tightened or the sealing ring should be replaced to cut off the air entering the oil pipeline, and then the air in the oil pipeline should be discharged. if suspect that diesel oil in water or impurities caused more diesel engine shut down automatically, can release all of your mailbox inside diesel cleaning tank. oil pipe and various filters, pay special attention to in the cleaning discharge blocking phenomenon, and then filling it with the provisions of diesel or high quality diesel or high quality diesel and commissioning, if after speed increase diesel engine load, working properly, is the cause of the problem is for use of inferior fuel, it should further find out the fault oil transfer pump oil supply ability is insufficient.
2. The accelerator pedal and its pull rod system are not well adjusted. First of all, check whether the load control lever on the governor rests on the idler speed limit screw after releasing the accelerator pedal. If it does not, remove the control lever from the load control lever and hold it against the idler speed limit screw by hand. If the idler speed meets the specified requirements, the accelerator pedal has not been adjusted well and must be adjusted again.
If the original speed is very good, suddenly automatic shut off, should first check the idler spring, to see whether it has been broken, you can open the side cover to fuel pump, observe the movement of the rack, when the load control lever leans towards the idler speed limit screw, the rack then moves towards the direction of reducing oil, if not with the diesel engine speed decline, the sound becomes low, the rack does not go back, even until the diesel engine flameout, the rack did not move back, can be perliminarily identified as idler spring break. The cover plate of the rear end of the govemor can be disassembled for inspection to see whenther it is brokn. If the spring breaks or elasticity drops, the fault can be eliminated by replacing the required spring with a new one.
3.The idler spring of the govenor, the stabilizer spring, and the idle limit screw of the load control bar have not been adjusted or have not been adjusted properly. The remedy is to adjust the three into harmony.
