Precautions for Crawler Crane Operation

10 When the lifting load reaches 90% or more of the rated lifting weight, the lifting action should be carried out slowly, and it is forbidden to carry out two or more actions at the same time, and it is forbidden to drop the lifting boom.
11 The amplitude of the crane should be slow and steady, and it is strictly prohibited to change gear before the boom stops.
12 In the process of lifting heavy objects, operators should put their feet on the brake pedal and pay close attention to lifting heavy objects to prevent the hooks from sliding;When the gear crane stops running and the weight is still hanging in the air, the foot should still be placed on the brake pedal.
13 It is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects in the air for a long time. In case of sudden failure during operation, measures should be taken to land heavy objects to a safe place, and the engine should be shut down for maintenance.
