2021 July 15, took 3 hours and 28 minutes, nuclear machinery engineering successfully completed the Hainan No. 3 Nuclear Island plant steel lining module one whole lifting operation, according to plan to complete the unit’s first large lifting.
Hualong District 1 steel lining module is an important part of the reactor building containment steel lining, located at the bottom of the Nuclear Island, is an important nuclear power plant safety barrier. The structure of the steel lining module is large in size, heavy in weight and thin in plate. It belongs to the thin plate cylindrical space structure with small structural rigidity, deviation inner radius ± 50 mm, elevation deviation ± 3 mm.
Facing the complex construction environment and the extremely high lifting requirements, the construction side chose to use Zoomlion 2000 ton grade ZCC32000 Crawler crane to carry out the operation. ZCC32000 as Zoomlion heavy duty crawler crane in the super-trump products, super-heavy arm length of 54m-108m, super-light arm length of 114-156m, super-maximum lifting weight of 2000t, super-heavy boom maximum lifting weight of 1300t.
