The transportation of crawler crane requires the equipment to be disassembled into several parts first, and then transported separately. The way of disassembly and installation is the same, but it should be noted that the order of disassembly is opposite. The hook is removed first, and then the boom and other heavy pieces are removed section by section.
After the movable plate slope is set up, the main crawler crane will log on to the board car from the rear and drive slowly and straight. At the same time, observe the distance between the two tracks. There can be no deviation between the two tracks, which is the most test of the operator's technology.When the crawler crane is on the half way, the whole main opportunity is in the semi-suspended state, the operator should keep the overall balance of the crawler crane equipment, to avoid overturning.
After the crawler crane arrives at the scene with the transporter, the main engine is driven down from the transporter in a positive way. At the same time, there must be a special person around to command to ensure that the two crawlers are driven evenly on the movable plate.Hook, counterweight block, main lifting arm and so on are unloaded by special crane. All parts are classified and stacked on the side of the open space for installation. Pay attention to the installation sequence, and the whole transportation process is completed.
