Crawler crane composition

Composition
The crawler crane is composed of a power unit, a working mechanism, a boom, a turntable, and a chassis.
Boom
It is a multi-section assembled truss structure. After adjusting the number of sections, the length can be changed. The lower end is hinged on the front of the turntable, and the top end is suspended and supported by a luffing wire rope pulley block to change its inclination.
There is also a jib at the top of the boom, and the jib and the boom form a certain angle. The hoisting mechanism has a main and auxiliary winch system. The main winch system is used for boom hoisting, and the auxiliary winch system is used for jib hoisting.

Turntable
Through the slewing support mounted on the chassis, the entire weight of the turntable can be transmitted to the chassis, which is equipped with power devices, transmission systems, winches, control mechanisms, counterweights and hangars. The power unit can make the turntable rotate 360° through the slewing mechanism. The slewing bearing is composed of upper and lower rollers and rolling parts (balls, rollers) between them, which can transmit all the weight on the turntable to the chassis and ensure the free rotation of the turntable.
Chassis
Including walking mechanism and walking device: the former makes the crane move forward and backward and turn left and right; the latter is composed of crawler frame, driving wheel, guide wheel, supporting wheel, sprocket wheel and crawler wheel. The power device rotates the driving wheel through the vertical axis, horizontal axis and chain transmission, thereby driving the guide wheel and the supporting wheel, so that the whole machine rolls and walks along the crawler belt.
