Crawler crane structure

The crawler crane is composed of hook, boom, turntable, chassis, counterweight, power unit, transmission mechanism, working mechanism, control device, etc.

(1) Hook: the retrieval device of a crawler crane.

(2) Lifting arm: truss structure, used to support the steel structure of lifting wire rope and pulley block.

(3) Turntable: It is installed on the chassis through a slewing support and can be turned during lifting operations.

(4) Chassis: It includes walking mechanism and walking device, which can walk under load.

(5) Counterweight: installed at the tail of the crane slewing platform to ensure the crane to work smoothly.

(6) Power plant: the power source, which provides driving force for the crane.
