Factory Tour: Detailed Showcase of Crawler Crane Parts

Last week, our team visited the Jining plant to see the crawler crane rollers production process in person and explore finished parts, including the Sumitomo LS138 sprockets and Kobelco 7080 track rollers. These components are essential to ensure crawler cranes maintain efficiency and durability in challenging environments.
We visited the various stages of production at the plant, from parts processing to final assembly, each step embodies the cutting-edge technology used to manufacture high-quality parts for heavy machinery.
Sumitomo LS138 drive wheel
The Sumitomo LS138 sprocket plays a vital role in the efficient operation of crawler cranes. Designed for optimized power transmission, the wheel helps transmit the engine's power to the crawler tracks, ensuring the crane moves smoothly and reliably.
