Sumitomo Lattice Boom Crawler Crane SC650 Track Pads

The track pads are one of the undercarriage components of construction machineries. It is often used in crawler cranes, excavators, bulldozers and other construction machinery.

The material of track shoes mainly is alloy steel and rubber. Alloy steel track shoes are mainly used for large tonnage equipment or harsh environmental operations; rubber track shoes are mainly used for small tonnage equipment.

The carbon alloy steel track shoes also has a large pad, which is the cast plate used on the crawler crane. The plate weighs from 30kg to 800kg.

Our produced SC650 track pad is carbon alloy steel type. The standard width is 810mm. The Sumitomo SC650 track shoes are produced by whole quenching and tempering, then surface hardening.
