Some problems of easy occurrence for Top roller
Top roller is assembled on the Crawler frame and hold up the track shoes.
When crawler crane is working, Top roller easy to occur some problems:
1, the Roller body worn
The reason for this situation is that the material steel is not qualified or the hardness of heat treatment is low and the wear resistance is insufficient.
2, Oil spill
Top roller shaft is rotated through the bushings, and the roller body needs to be lubricated with oil. If the sealing ring is not good, it is very easy to oil leakage. Then, the shaft and bushings are easy to wear out without lubrication, leads to top roller unable to be used.
Our (YANTAI EVERGROWING) Top roller Material is 50Mn, Production Technique is Forging, Heat Treatment is whole quenching and tempering, and surface hardening, Hardness is HR40-50
