What will we pay attention to the production of our track shoe?
1. Mould design and manufacture: We firstly design the moulds according to the technical requirements and drawings provided by customers. Mould design and manufacturing is one of the key aspects to ensure the quality of track shoes.
2. sand mould making: according to the mould design, we use special sand mould material and sand mould equipment to make the sand mould of the track shoe. The sand mould is made with high precision to ensure the accuracy and quality of the final product.
3. Casting: In the sand mould, we adopt advanced casting process for casting the track shoe. The casting process requires strict control of temperature and liquid metal flow to ensure the integrity and uniformity of the track shoe.
4. Polishing: After the casting is completed, we polish the track shoes to remove surface burrs and roughness for a smoother appearance.
5. Hardening and Tempering: In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the track shoes, we will carry out quenching and tempering treatment on them. Quenching can increase the hardness of the track shoe, while tempering can reduce the brittleness and increase the toughness.
6. Mechanical property test: During the production process, we will test the mechanical property of the crawler shoe to ensure that it meets the customer's requirements. The test items include strength, hardness, abrasion resistance and so on.
7. Paint spraying: Finally, we will spray paint the track plate to increase its surface anti-corrosion and aesthetics.
