Classification of commonly used crawler crane models

The commonly used crawler crane models in crawler crane structure installation engineering mainly include the following models: W1-50, W1-100, W1-100, Northwest 78D, etc., in addition to some imported models.
1, crawler crane model W1-200
The maximum lifting capacity is 500KN (50t), the main mechanism is operated by hydraulic pressure, and the auxiliary machinery is operated by lever and electric. The boom can be extended to 40m. The body of this crane is particularly large. As shown in Table 6.1, the crawler frame width M= 4.05m, the distance from the tail to the center of rotation A=4.5m, suitable for installation in large industrial plants.
2, crawler crane model W1-50
The maximum lifting capacity is 100KN (10t), the hydraulic lever is combined with the control, and the boom can be extended to 18m. This crane has a small body, as can be seen from the textbook table 6-1, the crawler frame width M=2.85m, and the tail reaches the center of the meeting. Distance A=2.9m, light weight, fast speed, can work in a narrow site, suitable for hoisting small workshops with a span of less than 18m and an installation height of about 10m, and doing some auxiliary work, such as loading and unloading components.
3, crawler crane model W1-100
The maximum lifting capacity is 150KN (15t), hydraulic control, compared with W1-50 type, this crane body is larger, as can be seen from Table 6-1, the crawler frame width M=3.2m, the distance from the tail to the center of rotation A= 3.3m, the speed is slower, but because of the larger lifting capacity and extended boom, it is suitable for the factory building with a lifting span of 18m~24m.
