                                   Assembly of Crawler Crane Tracks

1. Composition and characteristics of crawler frame telescopic mechanism

(1) The crawler frame telescopic mechanism is composed of outrigger, horizontal cylinder, crawler frame, drawplate, pins etc.

(2) Through the alighting control valve to achieve the alighting walk and expansion function conversion. The dismounting control valve is installed on the cylinder wall inside the frame, and the control valve is linked to the joystick, which is located in the front of the frame. The horizontal cylinder is controlled by the joystick to drive the crawler frame to complete the telescopic action. Please operate according to the indication of the identification plate.

 

2. Operation method of crawler frame telescopic mechanism

(1) After the host reaches the operating position, hook up the positioning hook and the positioning pin first, and then remove the inner lifting point

(2) Pull the exit lever outward, and then operate the pedal in the control room to extend the track.

(3) Adjust the mounting holes of the outer lifting point to align with the hydraulic pin to lock the hydraulic pin and fix it with bolts.

(4) Reset the dismounting lever, check and make sure that all fixing pins have been inserted.

(5) Then retract the frame cylinder on one side and lower the track frame to the ground.

(6) Before turning the platform, the crawler frame installed for the first time must land firmly, otherwise, the crane is in danger of tipping.Turn the rotary platform and install the track frame on the other side, using the same method as before
