1. Reasons for dissolving and wearing through:


       If the temperature is too high, there will be a melt-through problem. The higher the adiabatic temperature, the thinner the wall of the steel pipe, which is prone to melt-through problems. When the filling density of the thermite is 1.3g/cm, and no or less inert additives are added, the melt-through occurs when the thickness is 5mm. Excessive system temperature is the root cause of melt-through.

2. Solution:


       (1) Reduce the adiabatic temperature and increase the wall thickness of the steel pipe to avoid the melt-through problem.
       (2) Controlling the preheating temperature or the thickness of alloy steel castings can avoid melting through.

In fact, the problem of melt-through of the track shoe is that the temperature of the system is too high, so in the production process, it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the temperature of the system in an appropriate range.
