113 meters high! 4000 ton crawler crane lifts the highest tower in Shenghong Refinery and Chemical Plant into place
At 13:00 on June 12, 4000 ton XGC88000 crawler crane (Vehicle no. 2) of Jiangsu Lianyungang Shenghong Refining and Chemical Integration Project successfully lifted methanol washing tower in purification unit area.
The methanol washing tower installed this time has a diameter of 6.5 meters and a height of 113 meters, which is the highest tower equipment in the whole Shenghong Refinery and Chemical Plant.The site adopts the "crane lifting method". With the coordination of 4000 tons crawler crane as the main crane and 1350 tons crawler crane as the tail lift, the methanol washing tower with the weight of 1600 tons was successfully lifted into place.
In mid-late May, two identical "twin" hydrogenation reactors with identical specifications (diameter, height and weight) were hoisted in the boiling-bed residue hydrocracking unit of 4,000 tons at a distance of 1,500 meters.It is understood that, in order to ensure the smooth hoisting of methanol washing tower, 4000 tons were disassembled into four modules of 55-meter main boom, 62-meter super boom, main truck and rear truck during the transfer, and transferred by large self-propelled hydraulic axis truck. In four days, the project team cleared 56 places and reached the purification plant area successfully.The transfer of 4000 tons of modules not only ensures the rapid withdrawal of vehicles from the residue device, but also shortens the time for vehicle disassembly and assembly, saving at least one week compared with the "whole into parts" transportation.
