Matters Needing Attention When Pouring Track Shoes!


1. Speed: for track shoes solidified at the same time, a faster speed shall be adopted. For track shoes solidified in sequence, use a slower speed. 2. Temperature: the pouring temperature range should be determined according to the alloy type, casting structure and mold characteristics. 3. Two tips: (1) When pouring large and medium-sized crawler shoes, the molten steel shall be poured after standing in the ladle for 1min ~ 2min. (2) After the track shoe solidifies, remove the pressure device in time to reduce the shrinkage resistance and avoid cracks on the track shoe.
