How to replace the idler wheel of the crawler crane:
1. First remove the crawler from the crawler crane.
Remove the one-way valve at the grease nipple, release the butter, and push the guide wheel inward with a bucket to make the track as loose as possible. Be sure to remove the one-way valve, otherwise the track will not be easy to remove or install.
2. Install the guide wheel.
The guide wheel installation is the same as the general wheel installation method. with a jack
Lift up the crawler, then use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw, after removing it,
Install the new wheel, apply lubricating oil, and complete the installation.
