Crawler undercarriage structure

Crawler undercarriage structure Crawler walking mechanism is widely used in construction machinery, tractors and other field operation vehicles. The poor walking conditions require the walking mechanism to have sufficient strength and stiffness, and have good traveling and steering ability. The track is in contact with the ground, and the driving wheel is not in contact with the ground. When the motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, the driving wheel continuously rolls up the track from the rear through the meshing between the gear teeth on the driving wheel and the track chain under the action of the driving torque of the reducer. The grounded part of the track gives the ground a backward force, and the ground correspondingly gives the track a forward reaction, which is the driving force to push the machine forward. When the driving force is enough to overcome the walking resistance, the roller rolls forward on the upper surface of the track, so as to drive the machine forward. The front and rear tracks of the crawler walking mechanism of the whole machine can turn independently, so as to make its turning radius smaller. The crawler walking device is composed of "four-wheel belt" (driving wheel, supporting wheel, guide wheel, towing wheel and crawler), tensioning device, buffer spring and walking mechanism.
