XCMG Breaks the Maximum Tonnage Record of Bangladesh Crawler Crane
Recently, during the construction of the largest green fertilizer plant in Bangladesh, XCMG's 2000 tons crawler crane successfully completed the hoisting of the first heavy equipment - 603 tons carbon dioxide stripper. This crane also set a record for China's export of the largest tonnage crawler crane to Bangladesh.
The carbon dioxide stripper hoisted in the project is the highest and heaviest equipment located in the fertilizer plant. In order to ensure the success of hoisting, XCMG project service team specially designed the plan of adopting the new 2000 tons crawler crane main crane and 400 tons crawler crane with tail sliding.
A series of advanced technologies, such as the connection mode of "mechanical positioning + hydraulic power plug" and the intelligent control system such as one-key operation of the main arm amplitude, have ensured the convenience of disassembling and assembling the crane to the greatest extent. It saves the time and cost of the project greatly. The Assembly of XCMG’s 2000 ton crawler crane was completed seven days ahead of schedule.
