Surface Quenching of Crawler Crane Track Roller
Surface quenching is a heat treatment method that can improve the hardness and wear resistance of materials. It is mainly suitable for mechanical parts that need to be wear-resistant and anti-deformation. The process of surface quenching generally includes steps such as heating, cooling and tempering. Surface quenching generally does not change the overall performance of the material, but only improves the performance of the surface of the material.

Why do we perform surface quenching on the surface of bottom roller?
