Structure of Crawler Crane Undercarriage
Track Shoe (track pad, track plate), Sprocket (drive tumbler), Idler, Track Roller(bottom roller, lower roller), Top Roller(carrier roller, Upper Roller) Travel Motor, reduction gearbox, adjuster tension device, Crawler walking frame.
Daily check of Crawler Crane Undercarriage:
1) The fitness of track tension adjuster;
2) Whether the track roller, top roller, bottom roller, travel motor is leaking;
If the bolt and nut is loose;
3) Whether hydraulic components and piping is leaking, damaged;
Pipe clamp is loose or not.
Monthly check content of crawler crane undercarriage:
1) Whether the walking device is abnormal, the speed reducer is normal;
2) If Track shoe, track frame, base is deformation or crack;
3) The action of the hydraulic device is normal or not, whether there is scratches, rust and so on;
4) The idler, track roller, top roller, travel device is normal or abnormal.
