Causes and Solutions of Track Shoe Derailment

When the crane started to use, the tensing degree of the crawler was not suitable. When the turning radius was small, the right crawler derailed, but the tensing cylinder was not adjusted in time. After the crane is used for a long time, the oil cylinder always stays in one position, and it is difficult to tension and relax (jack is used to retract the tension cylinder when the machine is repaired), so that the driver may force the installation of the crawler. In this process, the outer inclined track will pull the side plate of the guide wheel outward, making it tilt outward, which is more likely to cause the track derailment. Moderate adjustment of the tensioning cylinder can reduce the track derailment, and after the track derailment, it is necessary to try to retract the tensioning cylinder to the inside side before installing the track.
