Maintenance of Slewing Bearings:
1. Product cleaning
It is prohibited to flush the slewing bearing directly with water during use to prevent water from entering the raceway. Strictly prevent hard foreign objects close to or into the support gear junction.
2.Seal testing
The sealing device must be inspected at least once every 6 months, and must be replaced after the sealing device is damaged.
3. Gear wear detection
During the service life of the gears, there will be flattening at the entry point and wear at the junction. The sum of the wear on both sides of the tooth root should not exceed 0.15 times the modulus of the gear.
4. Product placement
Slewing bearings should be placed in a dry, level room without corrosive media, not soaked or drenched, and it is forbidden to place the slewing bearings in an upright position.
